Monitoring and post-audit module

• Real-time monitoring: real-time monitoring of toll collection activity, with visual tracking of vehicle flow and transaction status at the lane.
• Post-audit of failed transactions: an independent, highly automated process for failed transactions (such as card read errors, account mismatches and vehicles that cannot be charged), supporting grid-style and detailed post-audit reconciliation.
• Standard vehicle data updates: standardizes, adjusts and updates standard vehicle data in the central database, enriching the whitelist for automatic reconciliation.
• Business report export: integrates tools for data extraction and automated post-audit monitoring reports.

Data synchronization module (multi-tier)

• Multi-mode synchronization: supports synchronizing toll data, toll transaction data and unstructured data (vehicle images, plate photos) between the local system at the toll station and the central toll system.
• Data preservation: a smart queue mechanism that preserves transmitted data even when the network connection between stations and the operations center is temporarily lost.
• Back-end exchange packaging: packages vehicle information at the lane and manages the smooth sending and receiving of data files to the Back-end system.

Database management module

A dedicated platform module for managing storage infrastructure, meeting level-3 data security requirements:

• Redundancy mechanism: automatically performs data backup tasks (hot backup, scheduled backup) to protect database integrity.
• Recovery process: quickly restores data from backup files after a hardware failure or infrastructure disaster.
• Data export/import: supports flexible and secure data export and import from standardized files (Excel, CSV, encrypted SQL), for inspection, handover or system migration.

Free-flow multi-lane toll collection module

• High-speed barrier-free operation: lets vehicles pass freely through the station at high speed without a barrier or slowing down, raising route throughput 3–5 times.
• Integrated AI technology combining: combines high-power RFID radio waves with artificial intelligence (AI)-based license plate recognition cameras to authenticate and generate toll transactions.
• Automated post-audit coordination: automatically separates suspicious transaction flows and coordinates with the after-station monitoring module to detect and handle toll violations.
