Hi.LPRS is a standalone license plate recognition software that uses an advanced AI deep-learning algorithm to analyze images from lane cameras, recognize plates and read the plate character string in real time in under 30ms.

Key features:

• Extremely high recognition accuracy: exceeds 99.5% across day and night lighting conditions, rain, storms, fog, and dirty or blurred plates.
• Full recognition of every license plate format in Vietnam: civilian vehicle plates (white background, black characters), government vehicle plates (blue background, white characters), military vehicle plates (red background, white characters), foreign and diplomatic vehicle plates (NG, QT plates…), and new-generation identification plates (yellow background, black characters, for commercial transport vehicles)
• Preliminary profile classification: supports recognizing vehicle types (cars, trucks, buses) from image analysis, helping cross-check automatic toll class assignment.
